Ingredients
  Sodium chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lentils 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), rinsed
  Whole tomatoes 14 Ounce, chopped
  Tomato paste 5 Ounce
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Italian green 5 Ounce, frozen
  Onion 1 Medium
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Dry pasta 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), uncooked
  Bay leaf 1
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Wine vinegar 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
Directions

Step1-In a pot combine broth, water, lentils, tomatoes, tomato paste, brown sugar, vegetables and garlic.

Step2-Bring to a boil; lower heat.

Step3-Cover pot; simmer for 25-35 minutes.

Step4-Add about 1 more cups of water, pasta, spices and vinegar and simmer for about 20 minutes more.

Step5-Remove bay leaf before serving.
