Potato Soup Using Chicken Stock

Ingredients
  Potatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs), cubed
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finley chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

1. Combine potatoes, onion, salt and water in 2-quart glass casserole. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 12 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Blend flour with 1/2 cup milk to make smooth paste. Stir in 1 1/2 cups mil
