Potato Cucumber Soup
|Frozen condensed cream of potato soup||10 1⁄4 Ounce (1 can)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cucumber||1 Small, pared and finely diced|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
1 Combine soup and milk in saucepan; heat to boiling; stirring often.
2 Remove from heat; stir in cucumber, salt and pepper; pour into medium-size bowl; chill.
