Potato Cucumber Soup

Ingredients
  Frozen condensed cream of potato soup 10 1⁄4 Ounce (1 can)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cucumber 1 Small, pared and finely diced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1 Combine soup and milk in saucepan; heat to boiling; stirring often.
2 Remove from heat; stir in cucumber, salt and pepper; pour into medium-size bowl; chill.
