Chilled Cucumber And Bell Pepper Soup

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced and mashed to a paste with 1/4 teaspoon salt
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White bread pieces 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crusts discarded and the rest torn into small pieces
  White wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Plain yogurt 8 Ounce

In a blender blend the garlic paste with the bread, the vinegar, the oil, the yogurt, the watercress, and salt and black pepper to taste until the mixture is smooth.
