Pumpkin And Apple Soup
|Pumpkin||500 Gram, peeled, chopped|
|Carrot||1 Large, peeled, chopped|
|Cooking apple||1 Large, peeled, chopped|
|Dried basil leaves||1 Teaspoon|
|Mixed spice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cracked black peppercorns||1 Teaspoon|
|Chicken stock||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Combine pumpkin, carrot, apple, basil, mixed spice, nutmeg and 1 cup of the stock in large bowl. Dot with butter, cover, cook on HIGH for twelve minutes.
2. Add remaining ingredients, cover, cook on HIGH for five minutes.
3.. Puree in blender or processor, stir in cream.
