Pumpkin And Apple Soup

Ingredients
  Pumpkin 500 Gram, peeled, chopped
  Carrot 1 Large, peeled, chopped
  Cooking apple 1 Large, peeled, chopped
  Dried basil leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Mixed spice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cracked black peppercorns 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken stock 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Butter 30 Gram
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Combine pumpkin, carrot, apple, basil, mixed spice, nutmeg and 1 cup of the stock in large bowl. Dot with butter, cover, cook on HIGH for twelve minutes.
2. Add remaining ingredients, cover, cook on HIGH for five minutes.
3.. Puree in blender or processor, stir in cream.
