Quick Veggie Beef Soup

Ingredients
  Stew meat 1 Pound, browned
  Ground beef 1 Pound, browned
  Cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Broccoli 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Potatoes 3 Medium, cubed
  Canned chicken broth 48 Ounce (1 can)
  V-8 juice/Tomato juice 48 Ounce (1 can)
  Mushrooms/Any veggie you like 1 Cup (16 tbs) (to fill the pot)
Directions

1) Brown meats, do not drain. Add all other veggies, broth and juice.
2) Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for one hour.
