Quick Veggie Beef Soup

|Stew meat||1 Pound, browned|
|Ground beef||1 Pound, browned|
|Cabbage||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Spinach||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Broccoli||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced|
|Potatoes||3 Medium, cubed|
|Canned chicken broth||48 Ounce (1 can)|
|V-8 juice/Tomato juice||48 Ounce (1 can)|
|Mushrooms/Any veggie you like||1 Cup (16 tbs) (to fill the pot)|
1) Brown meats, do not drain. Add all other veggies, broth and juice.
2) Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for one hour.
