Dilly Clam Soup
|Cubed potato||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1/2-inch cubes)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cubed fully cooked ham||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dried dill weed||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Dried summer savory leaves||1 Dash|
|Water||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Canned minced clams||6 1⁄2 Ounce (1 can)|
In 1-quart casserole, combine butter, potato, celery, onion, ham, dill and summer savory.
Microwave at High for 5 to 8 minutes, or until potato is tender, stirring once.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
