Blender Avocado Soup

Ingredients
  Avocado 1 Large, peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped
  Fat free chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use Cold)
  Sour half and half/Plain low fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rum 3 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon (Decrease Or Eliminate If Yogurt Is Used)
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thin lemon slices 4
Directions

Combine all ingredients except lemon slices.
Whirl in blender or food processor until very smooth.
Serve chilled with a slice of lemon on top.
