Turkey Soup

This Turkey Soup recipe is my favorite. I am a professional chef and my friends really enjoy the dish I cook. Whenever there is a gathering of my friends at my home, most of the time they ask me to cook this delicious Turkey Soup. You should try this Turkey Soup recipe.
Ingredients
  Turkey 2
  Celery stalks 6 , coarsely chopped (with tops)
  Celery 6 , with tops coarsely chopped
  Onion 2 , sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Bay leaf 2
  Water 24 Cup (384 tbs)
  Soup mix 80 Gram
Directions

Step1-Simmer turkey carcass, celery, onion, salt and bay leaf in water about 120 minutes. Turn turkey if necessary during cooking.
Step2-Remove carcass. Strip meat from bones and add to broth. Bring soup to a boil and add soup mix.
Step3- Small amounts of cooked vegetables such as peas, corn or carrots may be added with the soup mix.
Step4-Simmer about 15 minutes.

Fanatastic turkey soup recipe. Turkey is generally associated with thanksgiving and christmas. but I think that turkey soup would be a best option for holiday cooking. On next holiday.....defenetily I cook this turkey soup.

Turkey broth from the carcass is very rich and flavorful. You do not need to add dry soup mix, in fact those fake flavors detract from the deliciousness of real turkey soup.
