South Of The Border Chicken Soup

Ingredients
  Bacon 1⁄4 Pound, cut into pieces
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Cubed cooked chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped mild green chilies 3 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Chicken stock 1 Quart
  Corn tortillas 12 , cut into wedges
  Monterey jack cheese 1⁄4 Pound, grated
Directions

In a large heavy saucepan, fry bacon and onions over medium heat until crisp.
Stir in chicken, green chiiies and stock.
Warm over medium heat and sprinkle with tortillas and grated cheese.
