Cream Of Potato Soup

Ingredients
  Diced potato 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chicken stock/Chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Bacon strips 2 , diced
  Onion 1⁄4 Large, finely chopped
  Rich milk 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Salt To Taste
  Nutmeg/Mace 1 Dash
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine potatoes and broth.
Boil until potatoes are soft, about 15 minutes.
Whirl in blender or food processor until very smooth.
Fry bacon until crisp.
Remove from pan and drain.
Saute the onion in the drippings.
Drain any excess drippings.
Add onion and bacon to potatoes.
Stir in milk to desired thickness.
Add salt to taste.
Pass grated Parmesan cheese.
