Cold Curried Crab Soup

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Potatoes 2 Medium, cut into 1/2-inch cubes, about
  Chopped carrot 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ready to serve chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Place cream cheese in small bowl.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until softened.
Set aside.
In 2-quart casserole, combine butter, potatoes, carrot, celery, curry powder and cinnamon.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 7 to 8 minutes, o
