Chilled Cantaloupe Soup

Ingredients
  Cantaloupe 6 Cup (96 tbs), cubed
  Unsweetened orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla low fat yogurt 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Powdered sugar 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Place half of cantaloupe and orange juice in container of an electric blender or food processor; top with cover, and process until smooth.
Transfer mixture to a medium bowl.
Repeat procedure with remaining cantaloupe and orange juice.
Combine yogurt, lemon juice, and powdered sugar; add to cantaloupe mixture, and stir well.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
To serve, ladle soup into individual bowls.
Garnish with edible flowers, if desired.
