Easy Tomato Bean Soup

Ingredients
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Seeded chopped jalapeno pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Canned no salt added stewed tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Canned pinto beans 15 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Ground white pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Minced parsley 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray,-place over medium-high heat until hot.
Add onion, jalapeno pepper, and garlic; saute until render.
Add tomatoes and next 3 ingredients; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.
