|Sliced bacon||1⁄4 Pound, separated and cut in half|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mixed herbs||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Commercial Mix Or Own Mix)|
|Canned regular strength beef broth||20 Ounce (2 Can)|
|Water/2 teaspoon beef stock base||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Beef bouillon||1 Teaspoon|
|Water/4 cup homemade broth||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
Wash zucchini, remove ends, and cut into chunks.
Put zucchini and bacon into a pot with the remaining ingredients.
Cook 15-20 minutes, or until zucchini is soft.
Whirl soup in blender or food processor with steel blade, or put through a sieve.
Reheat to serve.
