Zucchini Soup

Ingredients
  Zucchini 6 Medium
  Sliced bacon 1⁄4 Pound, separated and cut in half
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mixed herbs 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Commercial Mix Or Own Mix)
  Canned regular strength beef broth 20 Ounce (2 Can)
  Water/2 teaspoon beef stock base 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Beef bouillon 1 Teaspoon
  Water/4 cup homemade broth 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

Wash zucchini, remove ends, and cut into chunks.
Put zucchini and bacon into a pot with the remaining ingredients.
Cook 15-20 minutes, or until zucchini is soft.
Whirl soup in blender or food processor with steel blade, or put through a sieve.
Reheat to serve.
