Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
  Cauliflower 500 Gram, chopped
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Potatoes 1 Large, chopped
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Grated cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Melt butter in a pan over low heat and fry onion.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add flour and mix well.
Add rest of the vegetables.
Stir in milk and water.
Cook on medium fire till vegetables are tender, stirring frequently.
Liquidise and pass through a sieve.
Add salt, pepper and sugar.
Add more warm water if necessary.
Garnish with cheese.
