Savory Noodle Soup
|Egg noodles||1⁄4 Pound|
|Chicken broth||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Minced ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ham||2 Tablespoon (Matchstick Pieces Smithfield)|
|Spinach leaves||8 , cut in shreds|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Sesame oil||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
1. Boil the noodles according to package directions until tender but firm to the bite. Drain, rinse under cold running water, and drain again. Place in a deep soup bowl; set aside.
2. In a small saucepan, bring the broth, ginger, and ham to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Place the spinach on top of the noodles, sprinkle with soy sauce and sesame oil, and pour the hot broth over all.
