Chilled Cucumber Soup
|Buttermilk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cream-style cottage cheese||8 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Cucumber||1 Medium, diced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Celery seed||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. Place buttermilk, cottage cheese, diced cucumber, garlic, salt and celery seed in container of electric blender; cover container; process at high speed until smooth.
2. Pour soup into glass or ceramic bowl; cover and chill.
