Bullhead Or Catfish Soup

Ingredients
  Fish 3 Pound, cleaned, boned, and cut into pieces
  Water 2 Quart
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bay leaf 1
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Crumbled dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Other fat 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large kettle.
Bring mixture to a boil and lower heat.
Cover, and simmer until fish falls to pieces.
