Quick Potato Soup
|Dry potato buds||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Hot water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Large, finely chopped|
|Bacon slices||4 , fried and chopped|
Make mashed potatoes according to directions on package but eliminate the milk.
Add hot water and salt to potatoes.
Saute onion in bacon grease and add to potato mixture.
Top with minced parsley.
