Sweet Corn Noodle Soup
|Vegetable stock/Water||1 Quart|
|Noodles||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), broken (Ribbon Or Flat)|
|Fresh sweet corn kernels||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Hard-boiled eggs||2 , hardboiled|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
Bring the vegetable stock to the boil.
Add the noodles and the sweet corn and boil for 5 minutes.
Add the celery, chopped eggs and turmeric, stir well, reduce the heat and cook for a further 10 minutes.
Season to taste.
