Peachy Berry Soup
|Frozen strawberry halves in lite syrup||10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)|
|Frozen peaches||1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed|
|Frozen raspberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed|
|Reduced-fat sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. Process strawberries, peaches, and raspberries in a blender 1 minute or until smooth. Add 1/2 cup sour cream and next 3 ingredients; blend 1 minute or until smooth.
2. Ladle soup into bowls. Garnish with a dollop of sour cream, if desired.
