Peachy Berry Soup

Ingredients
  Frozen strawberry halves in lite syrup 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Frozen peaches 1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed
  Frozen raspberries 1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed
  Reduced-fat sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Process strawberries, peaches, and raspberries in a blender 1 minute or until smooth. Add 1/2 cup sour cream and next 3 ingredients; blend 1 minute or until smooth.
2. Ladle soup into bowls. Garnish with a dollop of sour cream, if desired.
