Cold Blueberry Soup

Ingredients
  Cold water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Blueberries 4 Cup (64 tbs), rinsed and drained (Naturipe Farms)
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon To Taste
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fat free plain yogurt/Sour cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

1. Bring 3 cups water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add blueberries, sugar and cinnamon to taste and cook, stirring frequently, over medium-low heat until blueberries have softened, about 15 minutes.
