Hangover Chicken Duck Soup

Ingredients
  Fryer chicken 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 1/2inch pieces (675 Gram /1/2 Quantity)
  Soup stock 1 1⁄2 Liter (6 Cups)
  Ginger slices 4
  Dried lily buds 125 Milliliter, soaked (1/2 Cup)
  Dried wood ear 60 Milliliter, soaked (1/4 Cup)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Rice wine/Sake / dry sherry 160 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)
  White pepper 1 Dash
  Rice wine 80 Milliliter (1/3 Cup, Added At The Last Minute)
Directions

1. Bring soup stock to a boil.
2. Add chicken, ginger, lily buds, wood ear, salt and wine. Let cook over medium heat for 15-17 minutes.
