Chilled Avocado Soup

Ingredients
  Avocados 2 , peeled and pitted
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, peeled, finely chopped
  Canned condensed beef broth 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can / 1 1/4 Cups)
  Snipped green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Bottled hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
Directions

Blend avocados and sour cream with electric blender.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Chill thoroughly.
Trim with sour cream and snipped green onion tops.
