Jim's Chili-Chicken Soup

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Canned no salt added diced tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Shredded cooked chicken breast 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Taco sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Crushed red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned fat free low sodium chicken broth 47 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned chickpeas 15 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can, Garbanzo Beans)
  Canned chopped green chiles 4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Cooked long grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic,- saute 3 minutes. Add tomatoes,- cook 5 minutes over low heat. Stir in chicken and next 8 ingredients (chicken through chiles),- bring to a boil. Reduce heat,- simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in rice.
