Cream Of Curry Soup

Ingredients
  Milk 1 Quart
  Egg yolks 2
  Curry powder 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Grated coconut 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat milk in double boiler.
Beat well the yolks of eggs and pour hot milk over them; beat again.
Cook in double boiler until slightly thick.
Add salt, pepper, and curry powder.
Cool, set in refrigerator until very cold.
