Avocado And Dill Soup

Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 2 Large
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped fresh dill 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable stock 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Cold)
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Chopped dill/Chopped chives 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (For Garnish)
Directions

Cut the avocados in half, extract the stones, scoop out the flesh and place it in a blender.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
Chill for 20 minutes, garnish and serve.
