No Cook Tomato Soup

Ingredients
  Tomato juice 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)
  Green onions 3 , minced
  Heavy cream/Half and half 2 Cup (32 tbs), stiffly beaten
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 2
Directions

Combine all ingredients except basil in a deep bowl.
Cover and chill for 1 hour.
Discard bay leaves.
Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with chopped basil, if desired.
