6 oz. medium shrimp, cut in half lengthwise
4 oz. smoked cooked turkey, cut into 1 1/2 X 1/4-inch strips
1 teaspoon cornstarch
4 cups ready-to-serve chicken broth
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup bamboo shoots, cut into 1/8-inch strips
2 tablespoons slic
In 2-quart casserole, combine shrimp, turkey and cornstarch.
Toss to coat.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 9 to 13 minutes, or until shrimp are opaque, stirring after every 3 minutes.
