Sparkling Jewels Fruit Soup

Ingredients
  Mixed fruit 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  White grape juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Minced crystallized ginger 2 Tablespoon
  Orange liqueur 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Place fruit in a large bowl and mix gently with lemon juice.
If made ahead, cover and chill up to 2 hours.
In a 1- to 1 1/2-quart pan over high heat, bring grape juice and ginger to a boil.
Add liqueur; pour over fruit.
Ladle into bowls and garnish with mint.
