Rich Cream Of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook mushrooms and onion in butter till tender but not brown, about 5 minutes.
Blend in flour; add broth.
Cook and stir till slightly thick and bubbly.
Stir in cream, salt, nutmeg, and pepper.
Heat through.
