Cauliflower Caraway Potato Soup

Ingredients
  Boiling potatoes 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped cauliflower leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped white part of scallion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Caraway seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cauliflower flowerets 2 Cup (32 tbs) (1 Inch)
  Sliced scallion greens 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Freshly grated parmesan 1 Tablespoon (To Taste)
Directions

In a saucepan combine the potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces, the cauliflower leaves, the white part of scallion, the caraway seeds, and 3 1/2 cups water, simmer the mixture for 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are very tender, and in a blende
