Soup With Pistou
|Tomatoes||3 , peeled and chopped|
|Green beans||3⁄4 Pound, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces|
|Potatoes||3 Large, cubed|
|Cooked spaghetti||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated gruyere cheese/Grated swiss cheese||4 Tablespoon|
|Flavored croutons||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine tomatoes, beans and potatoes in a large heavy saucepan; add 1 1/2 quarts water.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bring soup to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, partially covered, for 45 minutes.
Prepare Pistou and set aside.
Add spaghetti to soup and h
