Won Ton Soup
|Filled uncooked won ton||36 , prepared according to recipe for fried won ton|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (As Needed)|
|Regular strength chicken broth||5 Cup (80 tbs) (Canned Or Freshly Made)|
|Sesame oil||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Green onion tops||3 , thinly sliced|
Drop filled won ton into a large kettle of boiling water.
To prevent their sticking together, cook only a small number at a time.
After they rise to top of water, simmer 4 minutes.
Turn into colander, pour warm water over them; drain.
Heat chicken broth and season with sesame oil and soy sauce; then drop in won ton along with sliced green onion.
Heat piping hot to serve.
