Swanson Sausage And Spinach Soup

Ingredients
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  Sweet italian pork sausages 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
  Chicken broth 32 Ounce (1 Box, Swanson / Natural Goodness)
  Dried oregano leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Carrot 1 Medium, sliced
  Coarsely chopped fresh spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

1. Spray a large saucepan with cooking spray and heat over medium-high for 1 minute. Add sausage and cook until browned, stirring often. Pour off fat.
2. Add broth, oregano, onion and carrot. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in spinach and cook for 1 minute.
