Swanson Sausage And Spinach Soup
|Vegetable cooking spray||1|
|Sweet italian pork sausages||1⁄2 Pound, cut into 3/4 inch pieces|
|Chicken broth||32 Ounce (1 Box, Swanson / Natural Goodness)|
|Dried oregano leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Carrot||1 Medium, sliced|
|Coarsely chopped fresh spinach||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1. Spray a large saucepan with cooking spray and heat over medium-high for 1 minute. Add sausage and cook until browned, stirring often. Pour off fat.
2. Add broth, oregano, onion and carrot. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in spinach and cook for 1 minute.
