Cold Cucumber Soup
|Cucumbers||2 Large, peeled, seeded, and quartered|
|Garlic clove||1 Large|
|Scallions||2 (Including Tops)|
|Fresh dill||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Plain yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Puree cucumbers, garlic, and scallions in work bowl of blender or food processor.
Add dill and process a few seconds more.
Blend in yogurt and chill thoroughly before serving
