|Hot water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Cut leeks, onion, potato, and garlic into small pieces; cook in melted butter, stirring constantly until well coated.
Add hot water and simmer slowly 30 minutes.
Add milk, part cream for extra richness.
Season with salt and pepper.
