Sparkling Jewels Fruit Soup

Ingredients
  Firm ripe kiwi fruit 4 Ounce, peeled and thinly sliced (115 Gram, 1 Large Piece)
  Diced firm ripe nectarine/Peeled peach 93 Gram (1/2 Cup)
  Unsweetened blueberries 30 Gram (Fresh Or Frozen, 1/3 Cup)
  Trimly sliced hulled strawberries 40 Gram (1/3 Cup)
  Thinly sliced firm-ripe plums 50 Gram (1/3 Cup)
  Lemon juice 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  White grape juice 250 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Minced crystallized ginger 2 Tablespoon
  Orange flavored liqueur 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
Directions

1. Prepare fruit. Place fruit in a large bowl and mix gently with lemon juice. (At this point, you may cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.)
2. In a small pan, bring grape juice and ginger to a boil over high heat. Stir in liqueur; pour over fruit. Ladle soup into bowls; garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.
