Cheese And Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese 4 Tablespoon
  Cream wheat 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon zest 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chicken stock 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Lemon slices 4
Directions

Combine eggs and salt; whisk in cheese.
Cream of Wheat zest and nutmeg.
Stir in 1/2 cup stock and let stand 15 minutes.
Bring remaining stock to a boil in a large heavy saucepan.
Drop tablespoons of egg mixture into soup.
Reduce heat and simmer, stirring
