Chicken Cheddar Soup

Ingredients
  Broiler fryer chicken 3 Pound, cut into 8 pieces
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), cut into 4 pieces
  Dried oregano leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Whole cumin seed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Arrange chicken in deep 3-quart casserole with thickest portions toward outside of casserole.
Add garlic, oregano, celery salt, cumin seed and water.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 16 to 20 minutes, or until chicken near bone is no longer pink, turning chic
