Chicken Cheddar Soup
|Broiler fryer chicken||3 Pound, cut into 8 pieces|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), cut into 4 pieces|
|Dried oregano leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Celery salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Whole cumin seed||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Arrange chicken in deep 3-quart casserole with thickest portions toward outside of casserole.
Add garlic, oregano, celery salt, cumin seed and water.
