Rich Cream Of Corn Soup
|Yellow corn||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cream Style)|
|Rich fresh cream||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Thick)|
Mash corn through sieve or food press.
Add to cream, onion, and seasoning and put into top of double boiler.
Simmer until onion is tender, stirring constantly.
Just before it is done, add butter, remove onion.
If too rich, thin with thin cream.
