Vegetable Soup With Meatballs

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Stalk celery 1 , sliced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Canned tomatoes in juice 16 Ounce, crushed (1 Can)
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Meatballs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned chickpeas 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  Canned kidney bean 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In a stockpot, heat butter and olive oil-sauté onion, celery and garlic over medium heat, until tender.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste and 1 quart water.
Bring mixture to a boil; gently add Meatballs.
