Vegetable Soup With Meatballs
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Stalk celery||1 , sliced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Canned tomatoes in juice||16 Ounce, crushed (1 Can)|
|Canned tomato paste||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Meatballs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned chickpeas||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained|
|Canned kidney bean||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a stockpot, heat butter and olive oil-sauté onion, celery and garlic over medium heat, until tender.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste and 1 quart water.
