Indian Lentil Soup

Ingredients
  Masoor dal 4 Ounce (3/4 Teacup)
  Sliced onions 3
  Crushed garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 3
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Boiled rice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Heat the oil and fry the onions for 1 minute. Add the garlic and chilli powder and fry again for 1/2 minute.
2. Add 6 teacups of water, the tomatoes, masoor dal and salt and cook in a pressure cooker till the first whistle.
3. When cooked, blend in a mixer.
4. Boil for 5 minutes.
