Cantaloupe Peach Soup
|Ripe cantaloupe||1 , peeled, seeded, and cut into pieces|
|Fresh orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Light rum||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Plain yogurt||2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
In a blender puree the cantaloupe with the orange juice and transfer the puree to a bowl.
In the blender puree the peaches, peeled and pitted, with the rum, add the peach puree to the bowl, and combine the soup well.
