Freezer Friendly Chicken Broth
|Cooked diced chicken||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chicken broth||2 Quart|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped celery and leaves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tortellini||4 Ounce (1/2 Of 8 Ounce Package)|
Peel and cut ends off onion; insert whole cloves into the onion.
In a large pot, combine onion, chicken, broth, salt, parsley, carrots and celery.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Simmer uncovered for 1 1/2 hours.
Cool soup, put in container, and store in freezer.
