Lemon Rice Soup
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Parmesan cheese||6 Tablespoon, grated|
|Homemade hot chicken broth/Canned hot chicken broth||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs) (cooked)|
Mix egg yolk, lemon juice and Parmesan cheese together in a small bowl.
Add mixture to hot broth, stirring constantly.
Add rice and simmer 3 to 4 minutes.
Do not boil.
