Lemon Rice Soup

Ingredients
  Egg yolk 1
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 6 Tablespoon, grated
  Homemade hot chicken broth/Canned hot chicken broth 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (cooked)
Directions

Mix egg yolk, lemon juice and Parmesan cheese together in a small bowl.
Add mixture to hot broth, stirring constantly.
Add rice and simmer 3 to 4 minutes.
Do not boil.
