Spinach Soup

Ingredients
  Chopped spinach 12 Ounce (2 Teacups)
  Chopped onion 1
  Skim milk 12 Ounce (2 Teacups)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Cook the spinach and onion in 1/2 teacup of water until soft.
2. Add the milk and blend in a mixer. Strain.
3. Add salt and pepper.
