Chicken Soup Special
|Chicken stock||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Chicken breast||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Cut the chicken and vegetables in cubes.
2. Heat stock in a pan, bring to boil and remove scum.
3. Add chicken and vegetables and cook for another 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
4. To thicken the soup add a little cornflour dissolved in water to the boiling soup. A dash of cream may be added before serving.
