Creamy Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 250 Gram
  Clear chicken stock/Vegetable stock 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Saute chopped onions.
2. Add chopped and washed mushrooms (carrots, celery and parsley chopped can also be added).
3. Cook for a few minutes. Add flour. Cook for a few minutes more, then add stock and stir well. Add salt and pepper.
4. Replace on fire and cook till soup thickens.
